Best bets for Bucks-Pacers, Clippers-Mavs and Wolves-Suns
Where the public is betting and quotes from oddsmakers on Friday's three NBA playoff games
The biggest thing we learned from last night’s NBA Playoffs is that the Los Angeles Lakers can’t beat the Denver Nuggets. It’s ain’t happening. Denver (+1.5) actually closed as an underdog, but pulled away in the second half for a 112-105 win and a 3-0 series lead. Maybe the Lakers should’ve lost that play-in game after all …
We have another triple-header of NBA Playoff games tonight, including the Milwaukee Bucks as 6-point underdogs at the Indiana Pacers. It’s the biggest underdog role for the Bucks since 2017 (+6 at Raptors; Bucks lost by 25 points).
Here are some insights from oddsmakers on Friday’s three NBA Playoff games, along with public betting splits from several sportsbooks and a few best bets from handicappers. I’ll update this throughout the day as I get more information.

“Almost exactly the same amount of money on each side of the spread. Pacers ML is taking about 3x the money, but either result really would be fin for use. Sharp money this morning on the over at 221.5 and slightly more public money on the over, but not a big disparity.” — Halvor Egeland, BetMGM trader
